This kit contains 5 wind turbine kits (National Energy Foundation), together with 5 hairdryers and 5 stands, so that investigations may be carried out in the classroom. There are also 5 photovoltaic kits (solar panel, motor, buzzer, LED and ammeter), 5 solar water heater kits and 5 bench lamps, so again the kits can be used in the classroom.

Additional resources include a Energy Exchange Board for demonstrating energy transfers, 5 copies of ‘The Power Game’ CD and a variety of activity cards, background information and stimulus material, together with a Teachers’ Notes booklet.
