TSN has updated the popular Florence Nightingale Kit, by developing the theme of the enormous changes in medical care that have taken place during the past 200 years.
The new kit includes books, posters, leaflets and fact cards providing background information about the life and work of Florence Nightingale and the history of medicine from 5000 yrs ago until the present day.
There are resources for ‘dressing up’ either as a ‘Florence Nightingale’ nurse or a modern-day equivalent. First Aid kits have been provided which will help to illustrate the differences in the resources available to nurses in Florence Nightingale’s time and today.
